What this site collects

There are no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. You can browse the whole site without any personal data being gathered.

The only personal data collected is what you choose to put in the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and message.

How enquiries are handled

Form submissions are delivered directly to the Mimir inbox and read only by us. Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and for whatever correspondence follows. They are not added to mailing lists, used for marketing, shared with anyone else, or sold. The lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest: you asked a question, and answering it requires your contact details.

Services involved

• Cloudflare hosts the site and relays form submissions to the Mimir inbox. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to serve and secure the site.
• Google provides the Mimir mailbox, so enquiry emails are stored there. The site's typefaces also load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long enquiries are kept

For as long as is needed to deal with the enquiry and any ongoing correspondence or engagement that follows from it. If you would like your messages deleted, ask and it will be done.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict its processing. To do any of these, use the contact form. If you're unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
